"This house was so cute and has all the essentials! Great floorplan and worked perfectly with a preschooler and baby in tow. The neighborhood was quiet but close to restaurants and grocery stores, and the fenced backyard was great. Consider this house if you are visiting a student at UNCSA, because it is an easy drive to Winston-Salem. We will definitely book again if we are in the area! "

"I stayed with my son at this property for a week while he swam at the Nationals Swim Meet at the Greensboro swim coliseum. The property was perfect for us--a 10 minute drive from the venue, but in an established, safe neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees and plentiful walking paths. It is walkable to great local restaurants and coffee shops, and a short drive to great shopping, dining, grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc.). Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back!!"
