Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Besitzer und die Restaurantbetreiber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war sehr schön!

Kurzaufenthalt in Randa

Kleines, feines Hotel direkt beim Bahnhof Randa. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär und der Hotelier ist gerne mit Ausflugstipps behilflich. Das Zimmer war sauber und es gab keine Teppiche (super), das Badezimmer war eher klein aber sauber und funktional.

Als Ausgangspunkt für Zermatt perfekt!Gerne wieder

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt - direkt am Bahnhof. Der Inhaber Markus ist ein sehr freundlicher und äußerst bemühter Mensch. Das Zimmer war einfach aber sehr sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstück war prima. WLAN im Zimmer ist top, im öffentlichen Bereich nicht so gut. Zum Hotel gehört ein Parkplatz ca. 50 Meter entfernt (Kies); das war für unser Motorrad nicht optimal - wir durften es aber für eine Nacht vor dem Hotel abstellen; herzlichen Dank hierfür! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Accueil excellent et séjour très sympathique

Accueil excellent et de bon conseil pour visiter les environs. Parking fort utile dans le secteur et très proche de la gare que nous n'entendons pas. Parle aussi bien le français, l'anglais et l'allemand. Séjour très agréable.

숙박하지 마세요 요금도 싸지 않아요.환불 예약을 했는데 현지에서 현금이나 카드로 받는 것 같아요 호텔앞 아무도 없는 테이블에서 컵라면을 먹는데 ...이곳은 가져온 음식 먹는 곳이 아니라고... 호텔 1층 배정 받았지만 물도 없어요....1층 사무실과 식사하는 곳에서 감시하는 느낌 받았어요. 결국 저녁에는 길가에서 가져온 음식 먹었어요 이곳보다 차라리 인터라겐이 좋아요

Der Empfang war schlecht, musste warten und wurde dann vor dem Hotel angesprochen. Es gab eine Rezeption, die nur nach meinem Ausweis gefragt wurde, und er schloss die Tür hinter sich. Ein bisschen Chaos im Flur, alles lag herum. Es wurde ein Zimmer im Keller gezeigt, kein Problem, da das Fenster in den Garten sah Außerhalb meines Zimmers war alles in Dunkelheit getaucht. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob meine Bettbezüge frisch waren. Das Internet funktionierte nicht richtig. Deshalb erhielt ich einen anderen Code, den er selbst in mein Telefon eingegeben hatte. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, nur einer Der falsche Knopf und es war unmöglich, etwas zu sehen. Die Person beim Frühstück schien schlecht gelaunt zu sein. Die Türen waren verschlossen, so dass es unmöglich war, mit ihm zu sprechen. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung war schlecht, als meine Sachen in einen Lagerraum gebracht und dort deponiert wurden wurde nicht markiert. Als ich es erhielt, war die Frau mit ihrem Telefon beschäftigt, und ich wurde gebeten, es selbst zu holen. Viel Gepäck wurde in der Halle aufbewahrt. Ich hätte einfach jeden abholen und gehen können. Es fehlt an Professionalität

可以的話，還是換一家比較好

飯店剛換老闆，情況很差很混亂，完全沒有條理，下午2點要check-in,竟然要求延後到5點check-in，房間內有咖啡機卻沒有咖啡包，也沒有訂單上承諾的free bottle water，房間內三個燈泡壞了二個，浴室內二個燈泡壞了一個，光線昏暗，飯店鄰近火車站，方便提行李入住，卻也從早上6：30開始有火車噪音定時騷擾，無法入眠

체르마트에 주말 숙소 구하기가 어려워 란다에 숙박했어여. 기차역이 바로 앞에 있지만. 타쉬역까지 교통비를 더하면. 그냥 체르마트에 조금 더 비싼 숙소 구하는게 나음.. 아침. 저녁 다 숙소에서 먹었는데.. 질은 괜찮으나 상당한 가격 지불.. 바깥에 먹을 곳 별로 없어 선택의 여지가 없음.. 우리는 내려가서 방이 있었는데. 그래서 파리가 많아서. 별로였음..

Bien situé juste à côté de la gare de Randa. Nous avons eu 2 chambres communicantes au sous-sol ce qui était très bien avec les enfants. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais tout à fait correct. Les chambres étaient propres. Nous avons très bien dormi malgré la canicule extérieure. L’hôtel reste frais. Bon choix
