"My stay at this Payson hotel was fantastic. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which I truly appreciated. I was particularly impressed by the modern room features, specifically the abundance of both USB and USB-C charging ports conveniently located near the bed and desk area, as well as the bright, high-quality vanity mirror in the bathroom. While the air conditioning unit is on the louder side, I actually found it to be a helpful source of white noise that effectively drowned out any sounds from the outdoors, allowing for a restful night's sleep. Overall, the combination of cleanliness and thoughtful, modern amenities made for a very comfortable experience."

"We loved our stay here! it was pet friendly and had so much room in the front and back yard to play for him and the kids. Loved that there was a grill as well and toys for the kids to play with. They had the checkout list posted on the fridge which was nice and easy to follow. It was easy to stay cool with each room having it's own AC. Lots of DVD's for the kids as well for family movie nights. They had a lot of games to play with for inside and outside. Poop scoopers to assist with cleaning up after your pet. Well stocked with stuff to use for the grill as well. If you are looking for a great place to stay with lots of outdoor room and space this is the one!"

"It was a nice place to stay but it is pretty small. It was just my wife and I and my service dog. If we had anymore people then that it would feel cramped. Only parking for 1 vehicle. We only had one vehicle so it worked for us. Not much of a yard for our dog but we went to a dog park close by."

"The property is always very clean. We've stayed here several times because the rooms consistently smell fresh, with a slight bleach scent that gives us confidence they've been properly cleaned. The light-colored sheets and blankets also make it easy to inspect the room for cleanliness. They provide complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner, although I usually prefer to bring my own. My only real complaint is the coffee. It has a strange taste—almost like paper—and I can't recommend it. Every time we stay, I tell myself not to drink it, but eventually I forget and give it another try. Unfortunately, it's just as bad every time."
