"where to start: Showerhead detached from the wall and water started streaming down the wall, shower soap dispenser broken, so no shower, bathroom ceiling fan broken and only one thin pillow. Rooms constructed from partition walls with conversations next door clearly audible. English breakfast was either over cooked or re-heated. I won't be back."
