You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Sunsets to die for on quite bay on Lake Simcoe
Beautiful sunsets and quiet bay to take advantage of on Lake Simcoe! Lots of room for family and friends. Sandy beach and docking for boats, jet skis and water toys. Jet ski rentals only a few doors down. Seaplane charters available right to our beach from a local airway. Casino Rama is only 15 mins. away. Kayaks, life jackets and tow tube for your use. Boathouse has a 2 piece washroom and sofa bed.
Lots of space for parking, RV's, trailers and camping. Volleyball net and balls also on the property for your use. Gourmet kitchen and bar area makes lots of room for family cooking. On the deck there is a large 4 burner BBQ with propane and at the boathouse there is a 8 burner BBQ for the big crowds. Access to WiFi is available throughout the property. Sauna and Jacuzzi tub in the house and Hot tub on the deck. Satellite TV with movie channels, Netflix and Prime. NOTE: The 7th bedroom is in the boathouse which has a 2 pcs. bathroom. There are 8 couches throughout the house which could be used as sleeping areas if need.

The house has been under renovations over the past few years. The work continues but not while guest are staying there.
The main garage will not be accessible. There are also a couple of storage areas which will be locked up.
The bay has a weedy bottom but has never been an issue for the kids swimming or skiing. The beach front area in the water is sandy as well for the kids to play.
