"I paid for a room on the 6th floor with concierge services (daily coffee, beverages, food) and they were closed from July 4 to the eve of July 7th. The two out of 3 elevators were broke for the 3 days of my stay. The only elevator to take us up to the 6th floor was horrendous having to wait forever ..."
