A great hotel with excellent service
The room was amazing with the most comfortable beds! We asked to take the shuttle downtown and got it in minutes and he picked us up too. Would highly recommend this hotel. Everything was perfect!

This was our first time at the Siena. It is an elegant , beautifully maintained hotel with courteous and helpful staff, pleasant surroundings and attention to detail. We liked the warm welcome, the discreet service, and well-appointed room! We look forward to our next stay.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The free shuttle service was an unexpected treat. The room was spacious and clean. We will definitely stay there again!

I was so pleasantly surprised gorgeous small hotel. The restaurant chef, food and staff are exceptional and made our Friday night dinner ultra special.
The food is authentic Italian with a touch of southern charm. As a regular traveler to Italy-Capri, who knew I would find a Napoli server in Chapel Hill.
The beds are wonderful and I slept like a baby. I cannot wait to return to this lovely town and stay at the Sienna again. Grazie Mille Chef Bob for making me and my guests feel so special!

Very friendly and efficient staff especially at the reception and the shuttle transport. A really extensive Italian menu in the restaurant which looks good but unfortunately could not eat there due to other commitments .

If I could add 6 stars for staff, I would. Staff were very engaging and incredibly accommodating of changes in our travel schedule, alliwing for late checkout and holding room when I couldn’t arrive the original day. The staff and the food at the in-house Il Palio restaurant is fantastic & it’s nice as dress casual. Not overly fancy. Great proximity to campus/shopping and highways. Very dog friendly w great walking areas nearby. I will return
