Very pleasant stay

We were visiting our daughter at NC State for Fall break. We chose this location because it allowed us to easily walk to the football game Saturday evening. We very much enjoyed. Comfortable, clean, quiet, highly responsive property owner. Cute neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Great location

Great location and amenities. Convenient to NCSU and all surrounding areas. Quiet area. Liked carport and driveway for 2 cars. Nice porch/yard area which we didnt get to use. Handicap ramp but doors/bathrooms arent handicap accessible. Door lock difficult to get to unlock so make sure it locks before you leave. Regulat door hanfle doesnt align when you use deadbolt. All beds queen but listing was changed. Minor issues which were resolved very quickly. Would stay again if king bed available.
