The staff was amazing. Desiree was a blessing with our check in- The staff was wonderful and treated us like family! Great staff and wonderful experience.
The only reason we are not giving 5 stars is because we have a discrepancy with our bill. We are being charged for things we should not when we paid the total on Expedia.

Very clean room. Staff extremely friendly.
The water in the Swimming pool was very cloudy and a lot of dead bugs were in the water. The filter system seemed to be turned off, very unhygienic.

Fantastic stay
The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious! I would absolutely stay here again if I’m in Raleigh!
