"Had a really pleasant stay here. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience smooth and comfortable. Cleanliness was well maintained throughout the property, and the rooms were neat, fresh, and properly managed. The room itself had a nice premium feel not over the top, but definitely gives a touch of luxury which you don’t usually expect at this price range. One of the biggest advantages is the location. The metro station is just outside the hotel, making travel extremely easy. New Delhi Railway Station is hardly 5 minutes away, which is very convenient for travelers. Plus, the surrounding area has plenty of shopping options almost everything you need is within walking distance. Overall, a great combination of comfort, location, and service. Definitely a good choice for both short and longer stays."

"After staying here i read that they only accept Indian nationals ehich explains why i was the only non Indian there. Upon arrival, late at night after about 20 hours of travel, they did not have my booking from Expedia. The photos do not reflect what the rooms are like. Mine had cables coming in through the window which stopped it from closing and let mosquitoes in. The shower was mostly cold despite there being a hot water heater above it. Also, the pool is used mainly for swimming lessons so i didnt feel comfortable to use it. Breakfast was reasonable and i didnt get bed bug bites but it was definitely not worth what i paid. "

"The property is absolutely stunning, really well looked after and you can tell a lot of effort is made to maintain this. Location is good, and easy to walk or get taxi pick ups. Staff generally went great though. We requested an additional bed, that I confirm in email twice before our 3am arrive, however this wasnt ready when we checked in (not great when we had been travelling all day and just wanted to get straight to bed). Check in also took over 20 minutes, which considering we checked in the middle of the night, with no other customers, I've no idea why this took so long, they also then forget to take copies of our passport so had to arrange to go and do this later in our stay. The food at breakfast was delicious, small continental buffet selection and then you order from the menu for hot items, unfortunately service was very slow to be seated and then we had to ask several times for our drinks and food items, which on the first morning for example took over 20 minutes for tea/coffee. Just felt very disorganised which was a shame. Overall, lovely hotel, but room for improvement."
