"Excellent property. I want to make special mention of Mayank Sambhawani who was the Rooms Director; Prashant Singh at the front desk and Kishan the driver were excellent. They all provided great service and help. Prashant went over and above to make our stay comfortable and ensure we got what we needed. Kishan driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again as well as recommending this property "

There are a few things we dislike about the hotel, such as its location or the manner in which the rooms are kept. As far as Marriott high quality standards are concerned, this hotel is not meeting them. Although the restaurant at hotel is quite affordable, there is a good variety of food on offer, and there is a buffet on offer, as well as a friendly and helpful staff."

"Cons - Service. For such a city and state that pride themselves on hospitality, the service was sub-par. There were many tiny instances where the staff could be more professional but I'd like to particularly report this once incident of a staff member calling another staff member of North Eastern descent some racial slurs in front of us. "The hotel and room was spotless, lovely toiletries. Spacious room. The staff made this hotel from start to finish, they were all soo kind and caring. The food in the restaurant was great and every staff member was amazing. Breakfast is great, loads of choice and it was all vegetarian, which was fab for us. They even arranged a free airport pick up, which was a lovely touch and the guy waited patiently as our flight was delyaed 2 hours. Brekfast and dinner is yummy, totally reccommend it. They...

"Great hotel and breakfast absolutely amazing. Downside is lack of restaurants and cafes around the hotel - there’s no where you can walk to. Hotel should offer a shuttle service into the main city area as it’s a bit isolated "
