"This hotel advertised two king size beds in their suite. When we arrived there was a single double bed. I called expedia who stated the transaction was already completed but they would speak to the property. The property denied that they ever offered a king size bed despite the confirmation email clearly stipulating the king size beds. "There were no dustbins inside or outside corridor of the room. The staff were very helpful and they also have option of breakfast buffet (for rs.150). Location is walking distance from railway station so that's a plus. Matrices and Aircon inside the rooms are good. Overall I would say satisfactory stay."

"I am very disappointed with this hotel stay. The air conditioner units are set at a permanent threshold of 22°C and no matter how you try to cool the room with your in room thermostat nothing changes as it is fixed to blow at 22°C. The hotel staff will never agree to the fact that it's on a threshold limit. They will lie to you over and over again saying that it will take time to cool. Slept sweating the whole night without any proper sleep and mosquitoes to add to this suffering. Sorry to say but this is not a Marriot standard hotel. As a fanatic Marriot group Bonvoy member, I would request the Marriot operations team to visit this hotel and take corrective actions before this hotel ruins and tarnishes the brand reputation of the Sheraton and Marriot brands. The only thing good about this place is the food, other than that, the small lodges are way better."
