"Our room was lovely with great views of the lake. You could walk, cycle or run straight from the room. There is clearly more demand than the hotel can cope with for the restaurant. We were unable to book during our 3 night stay. Why doesn’t management open more options. They could also dot sun loungers around rather than having to go to the venue next door. Hate resorts that charge for spa usage. It should be included in the room rate."

"A beautiful property in a quiet location. Bags of facilities, with charming and thoughtful service. Excellent food and a copious breakfast, with delicious organic fruit, cheese, meat and drink from the farm and other local producers. Ideal as a stop over travelling to or from the UK, or as a romatic getaway in the country."
