"My recent stays here were over the top amazing and the staff and front desk was especially helpful with all of our needs and transferring from room to room was always easy and we were always welcomed to clean rooms."

"Terrible front desk staff. I booked a King Suite with a bathtub as my wife enjoys a warm tub every morning. I added a request for main floor because my wife was going to check in without me and I didnt want her to drag a heavy suitcase up a flight of stairs. Some genius gave us an accessible suite instead with no tub. Upon seeing the room my wife went back to the front desk and said the room did not have a tub. They said its what you booked so thats it. I didnt get to the hotel until after 9 pm so couldnt do much about it. We stay there everytime we visit Sarnia to see family. Theres a last time for everything including this place. Thanks for nothing Super 8."

"Parking was easy and i got to park outside my room which was nice. Full breakfast was good. Staff were always nice, polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were a bit cheap feeling and the sheets were pretty worn, but overall i had a good sleep. The room was clean and had no smell, the walls had something like a soda or something sprayed on them that could be wiped off, but it didnt affect my stay. The view out the back windows were very cool. I could see the water between two ships. "

"We travel to Sarnia for every holiday to visit family. After trying mamy hotels, we always chose the Insignia. The service, fitness and pool facility are impeccable."

"Upon arrival, the house was unlocked. The furnace had been switched over to AC and a house temperature inside was 50. We turned the furnace thermostat up and proceeded to unpack. After over two hours, the temperature had not recovered. We contacted the host. I told her we were going to get a hotel as we had a baby and could not spend the . She was able to provide us with another house in Sarnia. So we proceeded to move everything out and move into a new house, by this time it was after 9 o’clock. The second house while acceptable had a much less convenient floor plan, layout, and lacked several amenities of the Hanna House. I had contacted the host to let her know of our concerns and have not heard back. Overall, we were disappointed with our experience."
