"This is a nice place to stay. Very very close to the fall and its environs. Quiet and comfortable. Neat and well-equipped. Walkable distance to the falls. I can't say enough. Glad to have chosen this place to stay with my family. Contained us conveniently. 11 of us! "

"We had a nice stay and nobody bothered us…quite nice. Walking distance to restaurants, shops etc. It was clean and front desk workers were helpful with all info we needed."
"The Red Coach Inn is located at the perfect spot, especially for those who do not mind walking. All the viewing sites and attractions are in easy walking distance. One can walk to the Canadian side via the Rainbow Bridge in less than 30 minutes. If you get an all day pass on the “WeGo” bus system on the Canada side you can easily visit all the sites on that side. The Inn itself is an older boutique style place, so you won’t get all the glitz of newer places…but it is quiet and away from the rat race centered in the towering hotel area. The people are friendly and helpful and the chief cooked breakfast that came with the room was wonderful. We had a wonderful time. "

"This is an excellent location as it is across the street from the casino and close to several restaurants to choose from all in walking distance. The area felt safe and the staff were very nice. The rooms are clean and updated. I love the pool area with the aquarium and was also able to enjoy arcade and family friendly restaurant located in the hotel with my daughter. I would highly recommend. "
"We enjoyed our stay at The Giacomo. The staff was very welcoming, super friendly, and helpful. The location was perfect. We were able to walk and enjoy Niagara Falls easily. The free breakfast was great as well. As for the property, a few updates are needed, ie, microwaves in the rooms, more lighting, and easier access to the viewing room. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay there again."
