Pineapple Blues....Big Bang for your Buck

Hosted on island by an Airbnb Super Host, this one bedroom one bath home has all the amenities of a full size rental. This budget friendly listing features a queen bed in the master bedroom. The bathroom can function as an ensuite or guest bathroom. It has a full walk in shower and toilet in a private area with a double vanity just outside for privacy. The living area has a new couch and chair for hanging out plus a bench seating and table for indoor eating. Full size appliances and laundry. The deck has outside eating plus seating for sunset views and happy hour. Satellite tv, dvd player with dvd's and access to wifi is available.

This cottage is easy walking distance to Rainbow Bay restaurant so going out to dinner, hanging out at pizza night, or enjoying happy hour is just a few minutes away. A longer walk gets you to Smugglers Beach and Rainbow Bay Beach. This house is perfect for a couples get away, anniversary trips, honeymoon etc. A small family can choose to sleep a small child on the couch just ask us.

House is very nice, perfect for two people. Mini split cools the house, laundry on site is a plus. They made it very easy for me to extend a few days and kept in touch the entire trip. The driveway is steep, and rocky but overall it was very nice and they were very accommodating to our needs! Thank you!!

Lovely cottage

We had a wonderful time staying in the Pineapple Blues cottage. Stayed for a month and really got to explore from its convenient mid island location. Snorkels, kayak, and cooler included! We will surely be back

Great stay!

Area was serene and very relaxing. Consider more lighting in the back area and the trees in front of the patio can be hedged a little more. The view from the patio through patches of the trees are amazing, imagine lounging their and admiring that view unhindered by trees. Overall the stay was great, house clean and neighborhood quiet. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Charming home, well equipped kitchen, reliable wifi, nice book selection, good hot water. The only change I’d recommend is a comfortable mattress. The bed and box springs also squeaked every time we moved in the bed. Oh, some fluffy pillows would be nice. Everything else was wonderful.

Great value in Rainbow

Stayed here to be close to my parents’ rental just one house over (Sweet Merlot). Plenty of space for me and would be perfect for a couple. Nice porch views. AC worked well. Showers hot water heated quickly. Large book selection. Driveway entry is a little steep/ rough but not out of the ordinary for Eleuthera. Would book again.

The property is in a great location, super close to one of the best hidden beaches and very quiet. Can’t wait to go back. Everything about this property was beautiful. Sitting out on the porch listening to the ocean was amazing. Highly recommended!!!!

Perfect for our first stay on Eleuthera

It's not possible to find a better place for a better price. Location is perfect...close enough to stores and beaches to the north/south. It was so quiet, we loved it. The one thing I would say is if you have a bad back you may want to consider a different option as the bed wasn't very comfy. I have a back disease and it sags quite a bit so didn't sleep much.

3 Weeks of R&R

Being that we had stayed @ this property 4 years ago there were no surprises. Great location, but if you are staying here, you need to have a car. The Rainbow Bay area is quiet! If you're looking for a party scene this is not the place for you. There is one restaurant/bar, The Sunset Cove & Rainbow Room (Previously The Rainbow Bay Inn) that is in walking distance. They have a great menu and are known for their pizza. However, the journey for groceries is not so convenient.

Home Away From Home

This was our 4th stay at Pineapple Blues, obviously we love it very much…It’s a lovely private setting, house has everything you need make all your meals if you are like us and enjoy eating in…it’s a great central location…We don’t feel any upgrades are needed to be done as other reviewers have said, it’s perfect just as it is, the deck is lovely to sit and watch the sunset and it’s always spotlessly clean when we check in… Thank you to the really great caretakers of this house, they always responded very quickly with any questions we had…

Heaven on Earth

Our stay in Eleuthera was heaven on earth, and Pineapple Blues was the perfect place to stay. The location was very central to the island and allowed for easy travel. The house had everything we needed and was very clean upon arrival. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive. We will definitely stay again!!

Nice House No View

The inside of this house is nice and very spacious. The outside however needs a lot of attention in our humble opinions. The pictures in listing are not current. The vegetation outside is overgrown and blocks any hope of having a view. Can’t see water from the porch. The grass/weeds were also tall and there’s sand spurs which hurt to step on even with shoes. A good weed eating and grass cutting and general landscaping is in need. The backyard is super big and has so much potential but once again is nothing but overgrown weeds and not a sight to look out while cooking and working in the kitchen. I’d recommend a back patio with a nice grilling area.
