"Location is OK with only 2 km approx from Ao Nang beach. Easy with scooter access. All outdoor furniture needs replacement. Stairs and steps to go to the outdoor patio are falling apart and very dangerous. BBQ was in very bad shape condition. Pool OK. Kitchen: They need to invest in some pots for cooking and pans. Shower OK. Curtains falling... so in general, this place pictures have some photoshop because the place need DIY."

"Do not stay here, the place is unfinished and the staff whilst helpful are untrained. The ‘beach’ is a strip of sand behind concrete blocks. The sea and surrounding areas are very dirty and lots of rubbish. At one end there is tones of rubbish piled up, the other end there is a huge rusty barge that has pumps and welders on all day. The resort is on a very steep hillside and the only way to get up to room is by buggy which never arrives when you order it. Ordered beers in both the pool bar...
