"This place is amazing! Ben went way over and above with hospitality. He has what he calls 7 o’clock coffee where he delivers coffee and pastries on your doorstep. Who does this? No one. The view of the bay is incredible. Will definitely stay again longer next time."

"It was extremely helpful to my mobility challenged companion to have a parking space right in front of the room. The lobby area was charming, comfortable with fresh coffee, particularly helpful when we had to wait for a tow truck driver for our disabled car. The staff member Alison provided help in a variety of ways, local auto shop, contact with a driver, fresh coffee, etc."

"When I arrived I found my room had a brand new TV, even the remote batteries needed installation. However, since it was new, it wasn't programmed to the hotel, so it was useless. The front desk called maintenance but no one arrived. The switched rooms for me. The new room had a sink drain that was clogged. That was taken care of successfully. The rest of my stay was good. Breakfast was very good."
