"The thermostat in the room wasn’t functional and the room stayed at 30°c all night, making sleep almost impossible. The rooms shown in pictures while booking don’t get close to matching in person, there was bare plywood covering a window that must be broken, the tub components were coming off of the wall, and the room was far smaller than shown. Staff were friendly. But the whole building also stank "

"What an incredible stay! The home on Niven Lake was amazing, modern and cozy! We had everything we needed for 7 people to relax, cook together and have fun. The host responded immediately and with kindness when we had questions or needed guidance with something. She also texted a recommendation for us to attend a wonderful event in town. The house is walking distance into town, and we always took advantage of the trail along the lake to get us most of the way there. Warm, clean and spacious--we're already looking forward to another stay!"
