Four Seasons Hotel Tunis

"I stayed at the Four Seasons Tunisia with high expectations based on the Four Seasons brand and my experiences at their properties around the world. Unfortunately, the service did not meet that standard. After reading other reviews, I noticed that many of the negative comments are also related to service, which was consistent with my experience. The property itself is beautiful—very elegant, clean, well-maintained, and luxurious. The pool area is especially nice and is one of the highlights of the hotel. However, if you’re looking for a beach vacation, this may not be the best choice. The beach is disappointing: it is rocky, not particularly clean, and the water is not very appealing. It also requires a long walk to get to the beach, which takes away from the overall experience. Overall, it was an acceptable stay because the property is attractive and well-kept, but the service needs significant improvement. The hotel would also benefit from cleaning and improving the beach area to better match the standards expected from a Four Seasons property."

"The Property has the best staff u can possibly encounter!! Starting at the front desk services, to room services , restaurant services, beach services, housekeeping , laundry and transportation were impeccable . The general manager and his assistant were very involved and highly concerned about each guest’s satisfaction . The property itself is beautiful and has a lovely beach and a great pool . Can be family or couple friendly . Location is great. Lots of night life around the hotel but Mind u the hotel itself has nightly entertainment in the lobby which was wonderful. I must say the beach restaurant had great grilled seafood and the portion were pretty generous. Essentially, throw your bags in your room and just have fun !! Thank u everyone for making this Tunisian experience uniquely memorable. Saïda, Nizar, Basma, houssam , Khalid , Aziz, Youssef, Hamidi, Mohammed, Naila , oldest, sofian, and so many others that I cannot recall their names were just super amazing !!! Our guide and driver ,Arabi ,was phenomenal which was arranged by Saïda and Basma. Smith airport transportation ( from and to)."

"Very nice location and place overall. Cleaning did a superb job maintaining our room and going the extra mile to make us enjoy our stay. Naturally, we tipped her handsomely😊. One are of improvement is the reception folks needing to be more accommodating. Every request we made was turned down with a phony smile. We requested an iron; we were told to use the laundry services. We requested an extra towel to use the pool, they said to wait until the next day! They made me pay 15 TND to get a bottle of wine I to my room. WiFi in the room was not working; I reported it and the reception lady said they’d send a technician - it never happened. They need to listen to customers and be more accommodating. It’s not all about spending more money!"

"We loved everything about the resort and Tunisia! The resort has so much to offer. Every nook was unique. We spent most of the day by the main pool and we were taking care of by Slim. We’d venture out in the afternoon. We loved Sidi Bou Said. There were great restaurants near the hotel. The food was delicious at hotel and every where we went."
