Located in a quiet area of the state-approved health resort of Radolfzell with its idyllic old town the 48 m² holiday apartment "Mettnau" is located on the ground floor of a modern and high-quality equipped residential house and has its own entrance. The Bauhaus-style apartment has a spacious living/sleeping room with a sofa, a queen-size bed and a dining area with a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the apartment offers space for 2 people. Wi-Fi and a television with satellite reception are also part of the facilities. The floor-to-ceiling glass front opens up to your private terrace with a garden area, where you can relax after an eventful day. The lakeshore can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot, and the centre of Radolfzell after a 15-minute walk. There you will also find several supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and other shopping facilities. A restaurant is located in the immediate vicinity (250 m, 3 minutes on foot). The train station is about 1.4 km away and can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. There you will also find the ferry terminal.
