Living Room:
Large windows which let in all the natural light you could wish for. Turn on the propane fireplace and watch the sun slowly set over top of the mountains. Premium cable package with Shaw Bluecurve ensures you can log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish to use.

Downstairs:
Walkout out patio to your very own private hot tub, only a couple steps and you are enjoying the warmth. The Chaise lounge sofa is also a double pullout couch, snuggle up and enjoy the 70" Smart TV with cable.

Kitchen:
This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!
Comes with:
– Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals.
– Serving utensils.
– Grilling tongs.
– Full set of Knives.
– Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Mixers
– We keep it stocked with basic condiments, coffee, tea, salt, and pepper.

Each bedroom has been expertly decorated. while paying close attention to providing high-quality bedding and furniture that is not only beautiful but perfect for relaxing and getting an incredible night’s sleep.

Voted the friendliest place in Canada, Radium offers peace, beauty and adventure. You can hear birds singing with the softest echo's, at all times of the day. There are 5 golf courses within a 15 minute drive. The world famous Radium hot springs is only a 5 minute drive. If you want to recharge and relax look no further!
Before booking we ask that you review and acknowledge the following house rules:

1. Please respect the neighbours. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.
