House Rules: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor in the unit will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 4 people.
3. Sable Ridge is a smoke-free complex. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. If you are a smoker you are free to smoke just outside the parking lot. Any proof of smoking/vaping will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although a maximum of one (1) pet under 40 lbs is permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please leave the underground parkade/pool/garage key(s) inside the unit where you found it. If not there will be a $100 replacement charge.
7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Very happy with this property, will definitely be using again for our next trip. Everything about this property was superior, compared to a different proper we used last year, everything from the ease of check in to the condition of the property was great. Do not hesitate to book here.
This condo is in a really convenient location and is super clean. There were no cheesy mountain themed decorations but it still felt perfectly right for the mountains. The beds and couch are comfortable. The balcony is roomy with a decent view of a green space. Would definitely return and most certainly would recommend!
Everything was up-to-date and classy. The fireplace is a beautiful plus. Enjoyed not needing a key. We used as a base camp to visit Banff, Lake Louise, and several ski areas.
they thought of eveything someone may need, the little things like phone chargers, toiletries a guest may have forgot to bring ( really impressed with hair elastics!) & much more. Condo is kept in great condition. Will stay again & recommend to friends/family.
A beautifully appointed unit overlooking a quiet green space and the majestic Purcell Range. Well equipped kitchen with all the necessities for cozy dinners on the porch. Stone fireplace for cooler nights. Hotel quality linens and towels. Very comfortable beds. A short walk to Main Street for morning coffee, groceries and ice cream. Highly recommended for a getaway in the mountains!
We absolutely loved our stay in Radium! The location was surrounded by mountain views and just minutes from the hot springs, restaurants and grocery store. We loved waking up to the Big Horn Sheep relaxing in the green space across from the condo. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy!

Perfect getaway for the weekend! We are looking forward to staying here again.
We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful long weekend. The condo was very nice and quiet, with a big balcony. Everything was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again
The condo was exactly as advertised and pictured. It had everything we needed, and check-in/communication went smoothly. We liked that it is within walking distance to the Main Street for restaurants and groceries, but quiet and away from the traffic.
He loved the location here in Radium we were able to easily go to Banff, Invermere, Golden and Canmore. Very clean and quiet! We saw animals every day!! Thank you!
We had a great time in Radium and the accommodations were fantastic. It was the perfect size for us and had everything we could have asked for (and a few things we didn't expect). We had family join us for dinner the one night where we grilled and ate outside on the deck. A great time was had by all and we'll definitely stay here again next time we are in town.Thanks for the fantastic hospitality!
