Il Poggetto a Vescinino is a welcoming holiday home in the heart of Chianti, ideal for a family holiday. Set on a peaceful hillside, it offers panoramic views over the surrounding wooded hills. The well-maintained garden is a real delight, filled with colourful flowers, terracotta pots, and blooming shrubs that create a true Tuscan atmosphere. A particular highlight is the spacious pool, perfect for cooling off on sunny days while enjoying the scenic views.



The location is ideal for exploring the famous wineries and castles of the Chianti Classico region. Historic towns such as Siena, Florence, San Gimignano and Arezzo are within easy reach by car. Radda and Castellina in Chianti are just a few minutes’ drive away and offer everything you need – from good restaurants to local shops and supermarkets. For a refreshing treat, the gelato from the Castellina ice cream parlour comes highly recommended.

The stone house extends over two levels and features a terraced garden with several seating areas. A covered terrace is ideal for enjoying meals outdoors.



The interiors are decorated in traditional Tuscan style with terracotta floors, wooden beam ceilings and cosy furnishings enhanced by many charming details.



The friendly owners live in a separate house on the spacious grounds and are happy to assist guests or offer local tips. They sometimes use the pool, but only when guests are not present.



This is a peaceful and charming property that captures the essence of the Chianti countryside.
