"VRBO needs to take this place down until it is cleaned and made safe. You walk in and there was sticky material on the door which had 100s of bugs in it. The couches had numerous stains and the walls were gross. The bathroom was the worst though. There were 3 smoke detectors and only one had batteries in it. My friend also was switching on the lights and got shocked. There were no garbage bags available in the kitchen and there was a gross sponge left behind. We were also told that were would be 2 off street parking spots and we had to ask the owner to move a random vehicle twice. "

"We highly recommend this property for anyone who needs to be in the area for more than a couple days, which was our case. We arrived during a heat wave, but the central air conditioning cooled beautifully. When the weather cooled down, we made use of the large balcony, both in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen is well equipped. We cooked 2 meals a day, and we were even able to use a George Foreman grill for the time we were there, for a 25 charge. The elevators are reliable and there is a parking space provided. The beds are comfortable, the shower has good pressure, the furnishings are well-suited, and there is plenty of closet and drawer space. We took the train to NYC one day, which is a direct 35 minutes ride from Brick Church Station to NY Penn Station. There is a park literally 2 blocks away with a walking trail around a field. The apartment is very quiet, and the neighbors are respectful and friendly.I want to be honest about a few things, more for the purpose of "knowing what you're getting." First, the neighborhood felt safe enough, but there aren't restaurants or hang outs close-by. "Lotus 315", the building itself, is a bit dated, but it is clean and maintained. We had some glitches checking in, but overall, the property manager was helpful in getting things taken care of. The dryer took 2 cycles to dry, but we were very grateful to have the W/D available."
