"The ENTIRE hotel needs a BIG RENOVATION. It hasn't been touched in over 25 years since it's opened. If it has, it didn't last very long. Bathrooms are dirty and falling apart. Mattresses have HUGE depressions in them from being so old. Curtains are stained, ripped, broken and dusty. Hallway rug is ripped and stained. There is dust in the lobby from floor to ceiling. The ceiling lights haven't been clean in what looks like years. The food establishments serve barely warm food and get the orders wrong consistently. Food PRICES ARE OUTRAGIOUS! $12 FOR one regular hot dog!!! INSANE!!! Hotel staff are polite and nice. Indoor water park is a waste of your time. Not enough tunes for people on the lazy river. Floor is dirty and slimy, an athletes foot haven! The staff cannot control the unruly kids. Lifeguards act weird. They dont seem to understand basic requests or complaints. Im not saying this to be mean or not PR, but the lifeguards seem to be severely autistic. With head twitches and odd behavior. They cannot communicate to you very well and seem just completely overwhelmed. Hence the unruly kids. Certainly NOT SAFE for aquatic supervision."

TV cable did not work well. guide not lined up with the TV channels on the TV. I forget a pillow and you were helpful in retrieving it from my room and having it at the desk for pick up by a friend of mine. Breakfast was good value for overall price paid. As was the guest room. Thank you. "
