"The accommodation is acceptable though it is not my standard of accommodation. The owners are exceptional people with great service. The relationship is like family and we became friends too. The guesthouse is really cute and more suited for young people, backpackers kind. As I'm older and seek high standard of creature comforts, it is still acceptable as everywhere was full. Phong, his wife & their 2 little cute daughters made up for it! However, 1 big setback was that it was along the highway...

"I think this was a good value for the price but I wouldn't stay again as it just wasn't that clean. The beds were okay thank goodness, but the floor both in the bathroom (not the wetness, that's fine - but gunk and buildup) and in the bedroom (where it felt a bit sticky to walk barefoot, and I let my mother have the one clean pair of house thongs they provided; the other ones were worn down with ingrained dirt and should have been replaced). AC worked great, beds were pretty comfy though...

"Location was good ,cleaning room was terible ,had to ask both days for towel and free water . Check in was not informative at all, ans no customer frendliness . .reception had attitude and very not customer frendly . Would have stayed longer if it was ok . So moved to another hotel down the street ."

"I stayed here for 2 nights. First of all, don’t expect too much considering the price. The room was just okay, although I hope the shower room can be improved. All facilities are worn out and tired but still at an acceptable level. There was no room cleaning during my stay, and I’m not sure why. The WiFi was not very fast, but it was still at an acceptable level. On the positive side, all basic amenities were provided, which was good. The breakfast buffet didn’t have many options.
