Dưới chân toà nhà là khu ẩm thực và café sôi động, rất tiện mà không cần di chuyển xa. Tuy nhiên, toà nhà không có bãi đậu xe riêng và không cung cấp buffet sáng như khách sạn. "Amazing hotel. Everything is new, clean, and functions well. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. The location is great, it’s a short walk to the beach and the area isn’t too crowded. Lots of food options within walking distance but if it’s too hot for you everything is an also a short grab ride away. Highly recommended for locals and foreigners."

"The architecture and grounds at Ocean and Maia are spectacular. The local area is pretty quiet, but Cat Tien town is only 20 minutes walk along the beach, and there are good local seafood restaurants there. Food options at the resort are limited and expensive"
