"Great little property close to town greAt locAtion close to MBTA transit It might be difficult for anyone who doesn’t do stairs Only bathroom is downstairs from the bedrooms. We had a wonderful time and walked to town every morong beautiful little town"

"Our stay in Beacon Hill was fabulous. Check in and communication with our host was flawless. David was quick to respond to all our questions and requests. The location was ideal. Two main subway lines were within 2-5 minute walk for longer destinations and we were able to walk to everything else. Small groceries, numerous restaurants, etc. We certainly had a memorable vacation and enjoyed our stay in David’s rental. "

"The property is clean and functional. It’s a basement apartment without AC so keep that in mind for warmer months. Busy neighborhood so backing out of the driveway on weekday mornings is tricky. "

"Loved the large harbor view king room. Easy and pleasant check in. Room ready early. Housekeeping staff were terrific- friendly and helpful. Everything immaculate. Only the shower tile floor shows wear. Enjoyed the harbor area- good dining options, walked to the port (a little long with luggage but doable)—-we were cruising so hotel is well situated for the port and airport. Boston traffic is pretty bad, so Ubers to the Back Bay or Cambridge take a while! Pick your hotel close to where you need or want to be!"
