Discover this charming fisherman's house full of character, ideal for 4 people. <br><br>Its enclosed, flowery and sunny exterior invites you to relax, with sunbeds to enjoy the calm. <br><br>It is located only 5 minutes from the city centre, 3 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the wild coast, it offers a perfect balance between tranquility and proximity. <br><br>A real cocoon to recharge your batteries in an authentic and peaceful setting.<br><br>Our house is set up as follows: <br><br>The Spaces<br>——————<br><br>On the Ground Floor:<br>• Open plan living room with lounge and TV<br>• Equipped kitchen<br>•WC<br>• Access to the outside: enclosed area with garden furniture <br><br>Upstairs:<br><br>• Bedroom 1: 1 bed of 180cm <br>• Bedroom 2: 2 beds of 80cm <br>• Bathroom with shower and toilet<br><br><br>Conditions<br>-----------------<br><br>Bed linen is provided, as well as duvets and pillows. Remember to bring your own towels and beach towels (possibility to rent them from Marie: 6€ per bath kit)<br><br>You can choose the cleaning option (84 €) to be specified maximum 24 hours after your arrival. Otherwise, I ask you to return the house in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.<br><br>Our friends the smokers are allowed but in the garden. <br><br>No party.<br><br>Pets are allowed.<br><br>Marie from Ty'Accueil, your concierge on site, will welcome you in the premises and can facilitate your stay, contact her before your stay to arrange an appointment for your arrival and departure.<br>She will be available throughout your stay to answer your requests (cleaning, bed preparation, babysitter, baby equipment, full fridge...)<br><br>Marie can welcome you from 4pm, depending on availability and cleaning to be carried out.<br>Marie can welcome you until 8pm. Beyond that, you will be asked for 10 euros per additional hour (until midnight)<br><br>You must vacate the house before 10 am. If you wish to stay later in the day, and it is possible, do not hesitate to ask for it (you will be asked for 10 euros per hour from 10 am to 3 pm)
