About this property

3-star apartment with breathtaking sea view

  • Charming apartment completely renovated in 2021 in Quiberon, with breathtaking views of the sea, as pleasant in summer as in winter. Ideally located on the large beach, the ideal place for a stay by the sea. 500 metres from the centre of Quiberon, you can do everything on foot or by bike.

    Located in a quiet residence on the 2nd floor with lift, the 65 m2 apartment benefits from a private parking space at the foot of the building, a bicycle room and a stroller room.

    The apartment consists of:

    ★ A spacious and bright living room with sofa and TV opening onto a balcony with sea view
    ★ A 100% equipped kitchen open to the living room (dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, espresso machine, blender, toaster...), all the necessary kitchen utensils.
    ★ One bedroom with a double bed (160x200)
    ★ A bedroom with two bunk beds, i.e. 4 beds of 90x200 (beds at height not suitable for children under 6 years old and people over 70kg)
    ★ A bathroom with shower, double sink, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer
    ★ Separate toilet in the hallway

    ★ Free high-speed WIFI ★

    ★ Apartment suitable for teleworking ★

    Linen (sheets and towels) is NOT provided, but can be offered for rent at the following rates:

Very nice holidays! :-)

We did not miss anything, very beautiful location!! Only annoying thing (but you have it everywhere in Quiberon) is the loud noise the ferry makes when arriving early in the morning around 7 o clock. But this way one has more time every day ;-) We really enjoyed it and might come back one day!

Très bon séjour

Une vue incroyable ! Un appartement confortable et idéalement situé. L’immeuble n’est pas de toute jeunesse et n’est pas très beau (mais on ne le voit pas quand on est dedans ;-) ). Gros problème de ménage à notre arrivée (il n’avait pas été fait), donc obligés de le faire nous-mêmes avec un aspirateur pas vraiment fonctionnel et aucune serpillière mais dédommagement proposé immédiatement par le propriétaire et la vue fait tout oublier. Très beau séjour !

Wonderful stay, great views and fabulous apartment

This apartment is even better than the photos! The view is wonderful (and changes with the weather and the light). There is no traffic noise. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable and larger than it looks on line. Really well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The hosts have thought of everything! Very well located within east walking distance of the centre of town but also the beaches and lots of walking and cycling tracks. We will be back! Alex
