"This is a new property and every is perfectly manicured and every detail was carefully thought out. It truly is a sanctuary and a very relaxing and magical place to stay. We were here 7 nights and truely made our trip feel like a vacation. Everything was exceptional from the 5 star food and the staff was excellent and memorable. All of them were very friendly, attentive, and happy to assist you. You can tell they care about their job and the resort and it's visitors. Felix the owner at one point came by the pool and bought my partner and I drinks, which was a very nice gesture and left a good impression on us. We learned more about the property and his 3 year journey to make it what it is. I would definitely come back here and highly recommend this place!"

"Absolutely wonderful hotel! An amazing space that feels like staying in a rainforest but with all the amenities you could ask for. The restaurant was amazing and the same price as mediocre food in town. Great location close to the tourist sites with a great view of the volcano. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! "

"This hotel gives the feel of being inside the jungle but only 10 min drive from La Fortuna city. We saw toucans, lizards and could hear howler monkeys right outside our rooms. If you don’t have a car, uber is extremely affordable and convenient. Get the breakfast buffet add on, the food is delicious and changes daily. Fruit loops and pancakes for the kids and traditional Costa Rican food for the adults. Staff are extremely friendly and helped me book all my transport and tours through WhatsApp ahead of my stay. Rooms are very comfortable with aircon. I would recommend this for animal lovers who still want the luxuries of a modern hotel."

"Jungle vibes, sweet staff and very clean rooms. But the poolsides were messy and dirty in the mornings. For whatever reason emergency lights went on at 3am one night & would not turn off, disturbed our sleep. Entrance presentation needs a facelift. I’d rate the resort a 3.5-4stars. "
