"The staff were incredibly friendly. Right away they offered drinks while we checked in. We were able to use the pool and gym while we waited for our room to be ready. Very clean stay and open spaces. Breakfast had many options and changed depending on the day. Loved the variety of pools and jacuzzis for privacy or bigger groups. "

"This is a great little budget friendly hotel with a spectacular view. My room was large with a balcony overlooking the central valley. I arrived before check in, but my room was ready, so I had immediate access. The folks running the hotel were kind and courteous and arranged a 6:00 am pick up so I could get to the airport. I was only there for an afternoon and overnight so didn't use the pool but others seemed happy with it. There is a restaurant within a 5 minute walk. I didn't explore the area, but chose the place for a short, peaceful stay with a view, and it delivered. It's about 25 minutes to the airport. Please, if you book, realize it's a family run hotel and not a 5 star resort. "

"Our family of five stayed at Junglo Resort and Spa over the holidays and had a wonderful overall experience. While we encountered a brief challenge due to a regional power outage (completely outside the resort’s control), the manager—who is also the owner—was on site, extremely attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure the guests were taken care of! The resort itself is new, beautifully designed, and offers stunning views. Our accommodations were very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help in any way they could. We also had the opportunity to speak with the owner about his vision for the future development and expansion of the resort. It’s clear he has the right ambition and passion, and we truly wish him continued success. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to La Fortuna and highly recommend Junglo Resort and Spa to others looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway."

"Fantastic resort with beautiful views! Prior to check-in we received helpful resort information via email with restaurant menus, spa options, tour adventures, and key information. We chose two tours to book and the resort took care of reservations for us - Hanging Bridges with Waterfall and Zip-lining. Highly recommend zip-lining! From check-in to check-out, the resort was wonderful. The staff are very friendly, numerous hot spring options, great food, and spectacular views. We also received cute surprises in our room every day! Great oasis vacation! "
