"Its a brand new hotel, everything was very clean. The property was serene and all staff were incredibly kind, professional and personable. Relatively big property with limited rooms, which keeps things fairly quiet. They have private access to the river for a soak but they also have their own pools too. The kitchen staff was very flexible, going off menu to provide meals to your liking. Highly recommended hotel"

"Difficult to rate. Disappointed with the breakfast service staff (unattentive, despite few of us eating breakfast) and food was very poor quality (not fresh juice, poor fruit selection, no yogurt, etc.); 100% worst breakfast on all our trip despite this being one of our more expensive hotels (so we ate our other meals in town instead). On the other hand, the villas were very comfortable, nice hot springs, and well maintained grounds. It is worth mentioning that Leonel was very helpful). He booked the various activities for us with no problem. The hotel’s location means that it remains a good choice for exploring the area."
