"Wonderful upscale hotel in the heart of Napa. Great rooftop bar and restaurants located all around it. Walking distance to all that Downtown Napa has. Recommend this hotel to everyone. The little treats and turn down service were a nice touch!"

"Napa is beautiful; the tub in our room was amazing. Staff non existent, breakfast is the weirdest experience I’ve been through - they tell you almost nothing at check in about how breakfast will be served besides the time it’s at. They don’t have enough tables for all guests to sit (there is more outside but a group of 3 couldnt sit during the first day we ate). Pretty much just make sure you come 15min before your time. Food was pretty not good? I’m not the type of person to reach for salmon quiche in the AM (even my partner couldn’t eat his vegetarian one) or bread pudding (his was burnt and rock hard). They leave it out wrapped in plastic wrap which warmed up the fruit on the plate and let everything tasting like watery eggs. Parking was easy - everything felt safe. One of the only things noted at check in was quiet time at the hotel from 10pm to 7 or 8am. Which our neighbors upstairs decided to slam doors and make a bunch of noise keeping us up from 10pm to 11:30pm. When I contact the hotel about it in the morning they were kinda weird about it? Messaged other room supposedly and reported back “no one else heard anything”. Certainly don’t feel like they could have at least pretended to care. I only booked here in the first place for the tub but I certainly won’t book again for it. Waste your money somewhere else! "

"Great spot for a girls trip to Napa! Enjoyed the big rooms and fire pits outside. The only negative was they shut the water off for a few hours one day with only a day notice, and the restaurant was a little over priced ($14 for two sodas). Other than that we enjoyed the location!"
