Both bedrooms sit on the upper level, each with a king bed, built-in wardrobe and a TV. A few steps down opens into the main living area - open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows looking straight out to the lake and mountains. The gas fireplace anchors the room. Step outside onto the private terrace and the view opens up completely - lake, mountains, and the Queenstown skyline. There`s also a dedicated workspace if you need it.
Both bathrooms feature deep shower/bathtubs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob and everything you need for a proper cook-up. Fast WiFi, washing machine and dryer included.
Outside Step onto the private terrace for uninterrupted lake and mountain views - a proper outdoor space with seating for two. The complex also has shared BBQ and picnic areas and a children`s playground. The hot tub is shared with complex guests and bookable through the Swissbel reception on-site.
Getting here (depending on traffic) 15 minutes from Queenstown Airport by car. 45 minutes to Remarkables Ski Area and Coronet Peak. Frankton shopping centre 10 minutes by car.
On arrival The apartment is stocked with coffee, tea and milk. Toiletries including body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided. We want you to feel at home while helping us respect the neighbourhood. • This is a residential area – no parties or events. • Outdoor areas are subject to council quiet hours (10pm–7am). • No amplified sound or music outdoors between 8pm–8am. • Please keep noise to a minimum at all times and be considerate of neighbours. • No smoking inside the home. • Only registered guests may stay overnight.
