Welcome to your Queenstown escape! This brand new modern, two-bedroom villa in the heart of Frankton is perfect for couples, families, or small groups who want luxury comfort and convenience within minutes of everything. Tucked just a 1-minute stroll from Five Mile’s buzzing bars, restaurants, and shopping, the villa offers a private base with its own carpark and outdoor entertaining area, ideal for unwinding after a day of skiing, hiking, or wine touring.
The space.
Layout: Two-storey villa with kitchen, lounge, outdoor relaxing area downstairs, and two bedrooms upstairs.
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, quality Telfal cookware, and essentials. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, and milk on arrival.
Bathroom: Stocked with fresh towels, quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Extras: Reserved parking space just 20 metres from your front door, smart TV, sound bar, and unlimited Wi-Fi and complimentary Netflix for your entertainment.
Guest access
Guests enjoy full private access to the villa and all its amenities, including the outdoor sitting area, and a modern wet-room, located just a few metres from the villa.
The wet-room has been designed with relaxation and convenience in mind — featuring a spacious shower area, premium fixtures, non-slip tiling, and quality toiletries. Its open-plan, easy-drain layout makes it perfect for rinsing off after a day on the slopes, a lake swim, or a summer hike. Fresh towels are provided for every guest.
For ease of arrival, a secure lockbox is fitted by the side gate. Your unique check-in code will be sent before your stay, allowing you to arrive at your own pace without the need to coordinate with your host.
Other things to note
Please note the property has internal stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
Professionally laundered linen and fresh towels are provided for every booking.
A cleaning fee is included in your stay to ensure the villa is perfectly prepared for your arrival.
Ski fields, trails, and wineries are all within easy driving distance — Remarkables (30 mins), Coronet Peak (25 mins), and Cardrona (90 mins).
Beautiful Arrowtown is a short 14 min drive away for amazing restaurants and exploring. Everything is at your doorstep!
