The former Ozone Hotel has been developed into apartments with every comfort while retaining its grace and tranquil amenity. Ozone Tower is the Penthouse Apartment which includes the tower boasting stunning town and bay views.

It is a spacious penthouse which offers ocean views from most rooms, as well as the tower, along with quality fittings and furnishings throughout. The 4 bedrooms consist of 3 King beds and 1 Queen and all are made up with quality linen and bathroom towels ready for your stay. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite and there is a generous 2nd bathroom that serves the remaining bedrooms.

An open plan kitchen offers SMEG appliances with an electric oven/cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and is well equipped for the entertainer. The dining and living area have access to the deck where you can relax on the modern outdoor furniture while enjoying a BBQ and the views across the parklands to the ocean. The 2nd living area has another large flat screen TV with the addition of DVD and great DVD library to enjoy. Climate control is by hydronic central heating and a large split system air-conditioner in the lounge area and several ceiling fans. This beautiful apartment has lift entry directly to your Penthouse enabling easier access for anyone with mobility challenges. Everything is just a short walk away. The local restaurants, galleries, coffee shops and The Blues Train are nearby. The monthly market, the golf course and harbour are just down the road. You can see the ferry come in and stroll down to meet friends if they are arriving in this manner.
