We can accomodate 8 people in the 3 generous sized bedrooms. They consist of 2 queen size beds and a double and single bunk beds with a quality single bed tucked away underneath.

Beach Belle is a 5 minute stroll to the best beach in Queenscliff. It's also a short 10 min walk to the centre of town where there is always something happening and easy 10 min walk to the very popular Blues Train.

You can also cheer on the local football teams at the Queenscliff Football Oval, just 2 minutes down the street.

The holiday retreat is opposite the Queenscliff Reserve and the heritage listed Royal Hotel building.

The inviting deck area is great for a relaxing breakfast or fish and chips for dinner with the family.

The front balcony overlooking the beautiful Royal Hotel is perfect for watching life go by or cooking up a storm with the weber bbq whilst sipping a glass of bubbly.

The rear balcony is more secluded great for reflecting or reading a book.

You’ll love the massive Sony ceiling mounted tv with sound bar and sub woofer connected to a PS4. There is a library of games and movies which is great for the kids and kids at heart.

The upstairs kitchen has everything you will need including quality stainless steel applicnces and all cooking utensils.

The two clean bathrooms and seperate powder room are great for stays with two couples. Having a bathroom each provides some personal space while away.

There's a fully functioning laundry including front load washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes horse and clothes line outside.

The townhouse is baby and child friendly and comes with a porta cot, baby gate for the stairs and some toys ready to go.

There's a keypad door lock installed so theres no need to worry about loosing the keys at the beach.

Feel free to use the aircon to keep comfortable on hot days or open both upstairs front and rear sliding doors upstairs and let the sea breeze flow through.

Novo heaters are installed in all bedrooms and the reverse cycle does a great job heating up stairs over the cooler months.

Linen hire is available for $25 per person which includes all bedding and towel sets. Everything you will need for the duration of your stay.
