"When i arrived I was not sure where to go and got to meet Ralphaldo who is the concierge that put me straight in the hotel's golf buggy and took me to the reception. He was great to talk to and was a lovely person to chat with and so cheerful.
The suite was amazing and spacious, it was also clean and spotless. The staff were lovely and were extremely helpful in the restaurants and made wonderful suggestions. The food was amazing, each restaurant was great and had their own wonderful menus"
"The house is nothing special but the bed was comfortable to sleep in and it was in the location we needed to visit family. The kitchen smelled like something was rotting, I think the bins hadn't been disposed of properly before we arrived. There also weren't any towels even though the advert says there will be. It's an okay place to stay as long as you're not expecting luxury."

Crow Wood Hotel & Spa Resort
10/10 Excellent
"My stay was very comfortable, room was cosey and bed was very comfortable. I also used the gym, which was also very good and had everything I needed. Service at the Lounge was very good and food was excellent. "
"Surprisingly quiet for a centre of town location.
Helpful friendly staff. Francesca, thank you for allowing me to check in so early.
I would definitely stay again. "
"We couldn't find the hotel. The street name wasn't recognised by the satnav. Neither was the postcode. We rang them for instructions and the person we spoke to was quite rude. When we arrived, the person who greeted us was also very rude. The room was very sparse. NOTHING like the pictures. The towels provided were tiny and one was stained. The hand-wash was watered down so much it could hardly be called soap. Bedding was very worn and the sheet had blood on it. If it hadn't been nonrefundable, we would have cancelled the booking. "
"property was lovely and clean, very cosy.
location not the best but it was very last minute .
extra touches were not there- towels were very small, very few teabags
ok for somewhere to crash though"
