"I just happened to take my dog for a walk in the grass where maintenance leaves stuff. Outside should be cleaned up and rooms with things, curtains should be closed. The only reason I gave you a 4 on cleanliness."

"The staff was either a 10/10 or a 1/10, with no middle ground. Eighty percent of the staff was 10/10, with 20% probably the worst I've experienced. An example is waiting for dining service with only one other person in the dining area. After waiting an extended amount of time and going to find a server, they help a table first that just seated themselves, making you wait longer. In total, am hour spent just waiting or trying to get the attention of the sitting and socializing staff. "

"It was a great place to stay. We loved being close enough to walk to the beach yet use the beautiful pool and jacuzzi, if desired, especially after the horseback ride on the beach!!! Kitchen was supplied well enough (except for spices) to do our in-house breakfasts and some lunches. Dinners were out at some of the great restaurants. We were not disappointed in any restaurants we went to. A nice place to come back “home” to at the end of a busy day. We would definitely stay here again. Great, helpful, responsive host. We did experience a little difficulty locking & unlocking the combo door lock. But that’s the only con, everything else was a pro-plus!! Thanks for an awesome way to celebrate my wife’s 75th birthday!!"

"We rented a different place than what we were given due to repairs, but the management team made it right. The check-in directions had us drive to a management office that said “you didn’t have to come here”, so we went to our place. The condo was in a wonderful location in the middle of all the island’s activities (and of course the beach). It was walking distance to restaurants, bars, golf cart rentals, etc. The actual condo was very clean and well supplied with all the essentials. We’d stay here again. It even had two beach chairs and an ice chest for us to use. Check out instructions were simple: take out the trash, turn off lights, and lock the door. Other than the two flights of stairs, this place was ideal. "

"We loved our condo! I feel like our hosts went above and beyond! We truly felt not only the love from our condo but from the whole island! We celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary this weekend and it was just amazing! The condo my husband said reminded us of my grandparents house. They were my parents growing up so staying here just felt like home away from home! We can’t wait to come back one day especially when we have a family! You all truly have won our hearts for years to come! We won’t be staying anywhere else on the island! Thank you again! "

"We decided to come down on a whim for the night just to get out to the beach and found this property on VRBO. The price was not bad for it being 4th of July weekend. The check in process was pretty simple. We were able to complete part of the check in paperwork online. Upon arrival to the office they validated and verified who I was gave us our parking and pool passes. The only issue we had with this part was the traffic getting to the office. When we arrived at the property it was clean and property was pretty much as described. It was a perfect size for our family of 3. The property had all the things we needed to make a quick dinner. The patio was nice to sit out at night but being a ground floor unit be prepared for the noise of the coming and goings of your fellow vacationers. The unit is closer to the pool and further away from the dumpster which was nice cause it was steamy out that day and I was very glad we didn’t have to catch the downwind from the trash. I liked the location beach access was pretty much a parking lot over and I enjoyed that there was a walkup bar, food truck and BATHROOMS off the walkway to the beach. Would definitely recommend to a couple or a smaller family. I would not mind booking here again for a future stay. "
