A very pleasant surprise
This one bdrm guest house looks even better in person than in the photos (and the photos looked pretty good!). If you choose to stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

This property was everything we hoped for. 10 minutes from our son’s home, it was very convenient. The décor inside was very inviting. My husband loved the bed and especially the pillows. And the wildflower covered mountains outside the front door was an unexpected vision of beauty. We will definitely return.

Beautiful home and neighborhood!
My husband and I were in town for a family event. We were extremely pleased with our stay in Queen Creek. What a beautiful, clean and modern home in a quiet neighborhood nestled near the base of the mountain. I'm a runner so I thoroughly enjoyed my peaceful morning runs amongst nature. Christine was extremely flexible and accommodating. We were able to check in an hour early and ended up staying an additional night due to a last minute change in our schedule. There a several nice places to eat nearby - San Tan Flat is a must! Shopping is also just a short drive down the road. We will definitely be back! Thank you again, Christine!

Great potential…great size.
Needs a good cleaning. Mold in shower, food crumbs in furniture cushions, dirty backsplash in kitchen, dirt behind bedroom furniture. If these things were easily taken care of, this would be a great place to stay.

Hidden gem
We loved it (wife and I). Clean, modern, stylish….and remote…it’s a guest house down a 100 yard country road. Felt like you weren’t near huge city….Phoenix…but everything you needed was just minutes away… Comfy memory foam king sized bed…great shower, well supplied kitchen. And 2 tvs…living room and bedroom…

We booked this last minute trip they day before arriving, with no plan in place. We were so pleased with the location, which was just minutes from the San Tan Mountain trails. The guest house was perfect for us. The area was so quiet and away from city noise. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay
The only issue we had was checking in after dark. It's very rural and the property/neighborhood isn't lighted or marked very well. We couldn't tell if we were even at the right location due to the darkness and didn't really have a reference to the second driveway that I recalled. I had to walk around the street in the rain to be able to see where we were actually supposed to be. Other than that is was great!

Thank you for sending a review! We definitely understand the darkness out here, as our streets are not city owned so not mandated for lights which makes this property very quiet and appealing to those who don’t want to be in the city, even though we are only 3 miles from downtown Queen Creek. We will make sure to update the information sent out that it is dark out here if coming in at night and that it is the drive way on the east side of the property. We will also figure out a way to signal where to pull in for the VRBO. Love having feed back so appreciate the review!

Loved having a whole house to ourselves. It was very quiet, very comfy bed, great having washer & dryer since we had been on road for three days. Had choice of four coffee makers! Toaster needed crumbs removed though. Spacious bathroom and shower with great shower heads. Home was on a dirt road not far from main roads. Overall great place to stay.

Absolutely a great stay for a couple! Easy drive from the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway airport. Area close to great hiking and newer shopping areas. The guest house is super nice. The pictures don’t do it justice. Communication and experience with the owners is excellent.

The Hombre House is quiet, clean, and beautiful. No complaints, only compliments. Located close to shopping and restaurants, Christine’s guest home is one of the quietest, cleanest, prettiest places we’ve ever rented. Her pups were a bonus for us because our sweet lab died 6 months ago. They only visit when called then run back to their place. Awesome place and owner.

We couldn't have been more pleased. It was our first experience with VRBO and, as luck would have it, was such an easy way to book a vacation stay that I will never stay at a hotel again. The owners were responsive to within minutes of any request and more accommodating than any hotel I ever stayed at. This little casita was perfect for us and with the privacy fence in the backyard made us feel like the place was all ours. Although the location was a little remote, it was never more than 15 minutes away from chandler and the charming little town of Gilbert. We will definately stay there again!!

We couldn't have been more pleased to pull up in front of the guest house of our host. But then we walked in and were doubly pleased. Remarkably appointed property with all the comforts of home. The home-size fully applianced kitchen provided everything we needed to prepare meals. We stayed three nights and would happily have stayed longer.

Very relaxing and wonderful views
My wife and I went out to visit our son and his girlfriend but stayed here so we could have some time to relax. Place was wonderful quiet and really enjoyed the place. I also met two new friends, the dogs they would come over and see me every time I went out I really enjoyed that. Definitely would pick this place again.

Celebrating 35th
My wife and I arrived to celebrate our anniversary and there was a banner congratulating us on our 35th anniversary. There was also a little gift there for us when we arrived. From check in to check out the experience was awesome. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
