House 'Gite Les Deux Pins De Trémel' with Private Pool, Private Terrace, and Wi-Fi

Nestled in the heart of the Pays de Brocéliande, this charming stone cottage, adjoining the owner's house and another 4-person gîte, welcomes you along the Saint Meen-Médréac greenway. You are offered free adult and children's bikes for rides on the greenway.



Surrounded by a vast landscaped area of 4,500 m², this place invites you to relax and play, with a swing set, ping-pong table, badminton equipment, and a pétanque court.



For moments of relaxation, you can enjoy the wellness area with a SPA under a dome.



The gîte is arranged over two levels:



On the ground floor, there is a warm living room with a lounge area, featuring a wood stove suitable for large logs, and a fully equipped kitchen area. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed, the other with two 90 cm single beds. A baby bed is also available. The bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. Central heating, provided by aerothermal energy and fuel, ensures optimal comfort.



Outside, an above-ground pool (dimensions: 5.03 m long x 2.74 m wide x 1.20 m deep) is freely accessible for refreshing and relaxing moments from June 15th to September 15th.



You can also enjoy a wellness area in the heated SPA (6 seats, including one reclined) with numerous jets. Three one-hour sessions are included for a stay of two people, with the option to book additional sessions for an extra fee, available all year round.
