We thoroughly enjoyed the loft experience. This was our second time. This location, however, has a very difficult loading/unloading and parking situation. Not good. Also, when I needed help with the thermostat, no one was at the front desk and I couldn’t locate anyone on site. I had to place a call and wait. Also, on the morning we checked out, FINALLY staff were present at the front desk. It was pouring rain and I asked for an umbrella. They didn’t have any available for guest use! Also, no help was offered when I needed to briefly park out front so we could pack up the car. I had to speak to a city construction worker, who didn’t speak English, to ask if we could do so. Not an easy task when I don’t speak French very well. In my opinion, the front desk staff, when they did make an appearance, were of ZERO value, while they hid behind their computer screens. Very unacceptable!
