Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with all cooking utensils needed. Having a washing machine and dryer was great. 5-10 mins walk to shops and restaurants and just 25-30mins walk to old Quebec and all the tourist area. Will definitely stay here again.

The hosts were very friendly and always replied to my messages right away, the apartment was the perfect size for my wife and I. It's a super cute apartment. The location isn't far from the train station we used to come to Quebec which was perfect and all the walking around town wasn't too difficult, everything was close enough for us to experience Quebec in the 3 nights we were here

Perfect location

Perfect sized apartment for 2 & in a great location. We were able to walk to old Quebec City (about 1 mile) although buses run right by the apartment as well. Dave was great to communicate with & we had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay here again!

The property and host were excellent, lack of parking is the only issue. Perhaps the app could indicate more clearly if a place has parking before booking.

We were very disappointed that the initial advertisement did not mention that there was NO parking or at the very least some parking restrictions. After driving around the oneway streets we finally found a spot 3 blocks away and had to carry our luggage and dog through sidewalks crowded with (homeless?)people rummaging through the garbage for bottles and cans. Not a nice area, alot of people on the street at all hours of the night. Would not consider this rental again

La propriété fut parfaite pour notre fin de semaine à visiter le vieux Québec. L'espace était chaleureux et accueillant, surtout qu'il a pleut tout le long et nous devions passer bequcoup de temps à l'intérieur.

Lovely little gem

We loved this place, it was a very comfortable apartment in a great area. The best was very comfy too! Dave was a wonderful host, my husband really appreciated being able to watch hockey playoffs on the TV!
