Absolute Perfection!
Everything about this property was amazing! It was immaculately clean and everything you could need was supplied! The view cannot be beat. It is so easy to hop on the ferry and travel to the Old City on foot or by car. We will definitely stay here again!

View was wonderful! Loved the traffic on the St Lawrence Seaway. Lights at night in Quebec City were great to view right from the deck...or the living room sofa! Hosts thought of all the things we might need. Very clean! Will return!

Spring Break Ski Trip in Quebec City
The property was fantastic! The view was perfect! In the winter the parking was confusing (they have a rotation of where you can park on different days), for visitors it's hard to remember when you're not used to this kind of process (they will give you a ticket). Communication with the owners was prompt and courteous. Our group was two adult couples and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped for when we wanted to dine in. The ferry ride was charming and convenient to the old city, which was awesome! We would definitely book again when these Texans are looking to visit again. Thank you!!

Fabulous Experience
This is a wonderful AirBnb. The location immediately across the River (via a very reliable, inexpensive, quick ferry ride) from Quebec City is amazing. The views are lovely, the apartment has everything needed for a relaxing stay, there is free ice skating on a 600m “track” just down the hill (!!) and a grocery store and multiple restaurants within short walking distance. It could not have been a better location or a better experience!

Lovely apartment and area with amazing view of Quebec City
The apartment was lovely, nicely decorated and really clean. The balcony was great to sit and the view from it and inside the house was beautiful. Great location and easy to drive into the city. There is also a boat across to the city if you don’t want to drive. Would 100% recommend this apartment

Excellent location!
This property is absolutely beautiful, and now I know why it has a perfect rating and always has amazing reviews. Taking the ferry across to Quebec City saved the drive & parking space search, and the view from this top floor apartment is spectacular. Shopping for groceries on the main street nearby was extremely handy. I could not ask for a better stay!

Perfect Location
The best possible accommodation for a trip to Quebec City. Beautiful view of the city, not just from the balcony but the entire common area of the apartment. Easy access to the ferry. Very comfortable beds. Could not have had a better experience.

A stay with a stunning view
On the opposite site of St. Lawrence River from Quebec City, the view was stunning during the days and nights. We arrived on the day it was 90F degrees. The AC did not work but rolling down windows helped a cooling down the house and no street noise at all. The hosts were very helpful. Patrick even hand delivered a fan that was much needed for a couple nights. The house was clean and had all what we needed. A small neighborhood cafe had wonderful breads and pâté, which was our daily stop. Overall speaking, it was a very pleasant stay.

A Delightful Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The view over the River was wonderful. We enjoyed all the activity on the river and the ferry rides. The apt was very clean and well stocked with a lot of extras. We got a lot of exercise climbing all the stairs and the hilly streets of Quebec. All Canadians we encountered were friendly and very helpful. Nancy & Paul

Perfect
My husband, teenage son, and I came to Quebec for our first visit during spring break. The accommodations were as advertised -- the absolute loveliest view of Quebec from the sitting area, with comfy rockers to help us enjoy it. All bedrooms were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was perfect for our needs. The hosts really seem to have accounted for anything their guests might need or want. The ferry to the city was close by, ran frequently, and was easy to use...just plan for the big climb up the stairs on the way back! We had a wonderful time. The only surprise was that restaurants in the Levis area close early...around 8 pm, so if you're not seated early enough, you may not be able to find a restaurant nearby. Overall, we loved this location and would gladly reserve here again if our travels take us back to Quebec!

Truly outstanding
The view of the river and old Quebec are even more spectacular than the photos. The home is clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The host has taken great care to anticipate any needs the guest may have and is responsive to messages. It was the perfect location for us to enjoy our walk to a concert at the nearby l'Anglicane, for an easy drive to la Chute de la Chaudière, and for several ferry rides into old Quebec. If we have the opportunity to plan another trip to the area, we will schedule the trip around the availability of this property. To the host: Thank you so much for sharing such a wonderful place.

Wonderful Stay
This is our 2nd stay at this property. The view is worth the stay alone. This property is very well appointed, with everything you need for a home from home. We were there when the "polar vortex" hit Quebec with -30c and we were lovely and warm. The ferry to Old Town Quebec is a short walk away down the Red Staircase or a quick drive. Supermarkets are a short drive away.

Great Value and View
The property was as advertised. Not new but very clean and had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. As noted it has several stairs up as it is the upstairs apartment so if you have mobility issues this is not the place for you. Otherwise being on the Levis side of the river offered great views off the deck. Quiet neighborhood. Minutes down the steps to the ferry to Quebec which could not have been easier. Would definitely recommend and will stay again on future trips to Quebec.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, just above the ferry and we had beautiful view out the windows of the river and the old town. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen had all necessary equipment for cooking. We also appreciated the air conditioning when the weather was warm. Parking was always available as well. I was delighted with all aspects of the stay. Our group enjoyed the thoughtful layout, amenities, cleanliness, and comfort of the property. We had a perfect view of fireworks show during our stay, and the constant changing of lighting on the Quebec City skyline—it was a joy to be there, and we hope to return.

Beautiful House, Amazing View
We absolutely loved our stay and didn't want to leave. Our 11-year-old says, "Insane," and my husband says, "So many 'wows'!" The proximity to the ferry was a big plus. The house was immaculate, and everything we needed was provided. It is beautifully furnished, but honestly, that took second place to the view. I'm not one to usually sit on the porch, but we spent a lot of time looking out at the river. And plotting our return. Thanks Julie and Patrick for a memorable visit!

Location, location, location !!!
Absolutely awesome property, incrediable view, extremely well equiped, comfy furniture inside and out, BBQ, washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms. An easy walk down to the ferry accross to Quebec City, walk back a little tougher (194 steps). One of the best properties we have ever rented, and we have rented from Australia to Iceland to Scotland. LOVED IT!!

Lévis, Québec is a lovely area and the property had great views of Québec City. And we were so close to the ferry that it made going over to the old city so convenient. The property also had super nice touches and the owners were super responsive and nice. It was hard to leave for sure.

Wonderful experience at this property. Brought our 3 grandchildren from BC for French cultural exposure.The view of old Quebec was exceptional. The ferry ride over every morning was a treat, especially watching the ice break up. Very comfortable spacious accommodation and very well equipped. The hosts were more than helpful. This apartment provides a fantastic view of Vieux Quebec and the St. Lawrence Seaway with it’s accompanying ship traffic. You would be hard pressed to find a better view anywhere in the area. The apartment is bright and clean and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It’s a 5-minute walk to the Traversier that takes you to Old Quebec. As with everything in Quebec City, you will need to go up and down a staircase to get to the Traversier. Patrick was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The only thing to note, is that the private parking was not available and you will need to park on the street which is very quiet. This may be an issue if you have a fancy car, but we did not. If you’re the type of traveller who likes to walk and bike everywhere, this spot is fantastic! The apartment is a wonderful place to chill out after a day of exploring. Don’t tell anyone how nice this place is.

Perfect Stay!
We loved our stay at this property. The apartment was extremely well furnished - had everything you could possibly need. Was very clean, rooms were large and bathrooms clean and roomy. Our favourite part of course was the private balcony to sit and look at the phenomenal view of Quebec with the Chateau Frontenac front and centre!! Also lovely to watch the St Lawrence River and see the boats and barges sail by. Ferry over to QC is super close too. All in all a perfect stay - can’t say enough good things!!!

Beautiful Quebec City
We truly appreciated the apartment we rented in Levis to explore Quebec City. We did not get to explore Levis so our schedule consisted of taking the ferry every morning to Quebec City. We came back to the apartment in the evening to truly appreciate the view of the city and the St Lawrence river. All in all it was a wonderful time. I do not want to repeat what guests have posted in other reviews but the apartment was accurately described and impeccable. Kudos to Rachel for renting a high quality apartment and maintaining it to high standards.

Lovely apartment with a fantastic view across the river of Old Town Quebec.
The entire renting process was very easy. The apartment was very clean and extremely comfortable. There were 4 of us but the apartment can accommodate 6 adults.The view across the river to Old Town Quebec was simply stunning. It was only a short ride across the river on the ferry. Would definitely recommend to other travellers.

Perfect way to enjoy Quebec City in the summer!
Charm, and plenty of room and comfort for three friends to enjoy themselves. The view of Quebec City is breathtaking and the small town of Levis is charming as well. If you have trouble with walking up stairs that will be your only challenge but other than that the ease of taking the ferry to Quebec City is flawless and Rachel and Pierre go beyond the regular customer service to make you feel at home. Highly recommend staying here. We loved our stay.

Four Days in Quebec
Rachel's property was absolutely perfect for us and our three teenage boys to get away before they headed away to university. The location, in Levi, is ideal - right across the river from Old Quebec. Spectacular views and easy access to the ferry. The apartment is nicely laid out, very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with great attention to detail. The front area is very bright with windows running across the entire front facing Quebec. Rachel and her husband are great hosts. Quick, efficient communication. We would definitely go back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to anyone wanting to take in Quebec City and the surrounding area.

The view from the apartment deck of Quebec City across the water, especially at night, was such a treat. The nearby ferry terminal across the water added to the perfect location. Wow the View and ACTUALLY CLEAN
Probably our 15th stay in an vrbo or competitor. They are rarely clean but this one was truely clean. Street parking is super easy. Ferry is often and easy. We have a 1.5 and 4 year old and they loved it. Splash pad by the ferry is the largest one i've seen anywhere. Took 4 year old to Mega Parc on a rainy day and he loved it. Not sure downstairs owner was home below us but didn't hear any complaining about the kids constantly chasing each other. Park across street is obviously super convenient. I'm a big 6'3 so one of the showers was not an option and the other shower was a bit tight but at these prices who cares. It was amazing, look no further.

Great spot for younger travelers
Owners kindly accommodated us as English only speakers with instructions etc. Good location which also meant parking challenges but we always managed within a few blocks of the building. 3 well appointed bedrooms, 2 baths. Well appointed kitchen and fantastic view. Games. Reading materials. Even a hair dryer. Good washer and dryer. Please think twice if you have any mobility challenges. One of us did and although we asked and stated such before booking, the steep curvy stairs up to reach the apartment were not disclosed and caused some issues. We managed and enjoyed our visit. The view and location are really good.

We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your visit although you had some challenges with the parking (it was on the holiday “la SaintJean Baptiste” which attracts many tourists because of the location and view). We will provide a private parking for such occasions in the future. Fantastic views of Quebec from the apartment. Lovely communal area to cook, eat, relax. Only a short walk from the ferry to Quebec City - though you need to be fit for the direct route, straight up the red steps (approx 200 of them!)

We stayed in this lovely house for a week it was very clean and tidy the beds were very comfortable we had everything we needed with a beautiful view of the city over the river. Rachel was a great host checking on us to see if everything was alright. Would highly recommend staying here.
