We dnjoyed our stay at this beautiful 703 Caiman apartment.
Our stay was great and your place is very confortable. It's near the groceries stores, bars, restaurants and a short walk to the old Quebec City. No doubt that I will book it again in my next trip to Quebec City.
The space is small, but very well designed, so it worked well for our family of four. The apartment was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen. The shower was very nice! Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, and there is a grocery store and cafe down the block. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a comfortable stay in this cozy space. Everything was clean and well stocked. We came for thé Carnaval de Quebec and were happy that everything we wanted to see and do was in walking distance but public transportation was close if we needed it.
Great apartment, good location. Facilities were perfect. We used the drier. Everything was very clean. The welcome popcorn was a nice touch. Would go back again when we are next in Quebec.
Great location, close to all that Old Quebec City has to offer. This very clean, bright condo is perfect for a 5 night stay. Groceries, right across the street, public transit at the doorstep and a casual walk within 8 minutes to the inner walls of this great fortress. We’ll definitely return to this condo, if ever in Quebec City again.
The apartment is lovely. So clean and perfect for our family of 4. The location is okay. It's within walking distance from the spots you would visit when coming to Quebec City, but we took several Ubers due to the distance. Property Manager is very quick to reply to any questions, which impressed me.
Not in the best location as others have said, due to there not being many restaurants or stores nearby and due to the amount of homeless people around, we didn’t feel comfortable coming or going after dark. Apartment was great, very quiet and all amenities you could need available. We did Uber eats one night and cooked the second night

Well priced. Online boarding pass was super helpful. Accommodations cute, clean and had all amenities. The WiFi was super spotty and TV connection intermittent. The outter sliding glass door was broken and could not lock. Quick walk to grocerie and shops. Los of options for parking. Although building was located next a homeless shelter.
We had a lovely time! Here are some positives and things to note:
1. Clean condo and well decorated
2. Everything you need is provided- I would suggest bringing extra towels for either showering or the pool only two are provided by the condo
3. Location is great! Close to old Quebec, VIA Rail station and you are in the heart of Saint-Roch neighbourhood- just to note if you’re not used to being in a bigger city, there are a lot of homelessness in and around this area, but nothing to worry about safety wise
4. Check in process was extremely easy
5. Communication with host was seamless and accessible
6. Pool was lovely- great view, lots of seating
7. Ensuite laundry is very convenient

Nice apart hotel concept in the city. The appartement is quite small but was ok for our stay. The concierge would get back to us very promptly whenever we needed. The pool and bbq were very nice. Although, a few irritants:
Only 1 elevator : could a while to en able to get the elevator
Stated there was AC but it is only partially true as there is only AC in the living room. No AC in the bedroom
Towels were quite small
Not enough coffee was provided despite being advertised as such
Centrally located but it just beside a 2 homeless centres. We didn’t feel threatened but worth mentioning
No parking provided despite renting cost being quite high. Other units had a parking.
I stayed here with my daughter and two sons. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to everything we wanted to see. Just a short walk to the train station, restaurants and 7 minute walk to old Quebec. The roof top pool was a total surprise! Fireworks could be seen from our balcony and on the rooftop deck. The grocery store is close by and several Cute coffee shops. From a parents perspective, I totally felt safe sending my teenage daughter out to buy extra food supplies. Inside there is a washer dryer which I found extremely useful. Kitchen is perfect for our small family. I suggested blackout curtains in the living room if you have 4 staying here as the street lights are on all night. But my kids actually liked having some extra light at night. It smells new. The furniture is cute. The bedding was comfortable. Even the pull out bed had an upgraded mattress that I tried out one night and thought was comfortable! I would certainly recommend staying here.
The room and property were fine. The listing was not accurate. It listed property amenities: “Parking on site”. I called and texted the property owner about parking. I did not receive anything back for over 50 minutes. It was a Friday night with no street parking or place to park and unload. Management finally emailed me and advised me that we had to park offsite and pay for parking. We were greeted by a homeless camp as we entered the parking lot.The access to the elevator and stairs was locked so you had to walk down the ramp. The place was covered in graffiti and the homeless folks wandered the ramp like the “Walking Dead”. The place was NOT advertised accurately!

Clean, convenient, quiet, cozy. Perfect for short term stays.
We enjoyed our stay at the Caïman condo. It was well-appointed and in walking distance to the Old City as well as several other lovely neighborhoods. Would recommend!
(I don't understand the "National Park" question. The flat is in the middle of Quebec City).It was comforting to have all the entry information well in advance so we could plan our arrival. The next door parking garage was very convenient, and since we arrived early we left our car there and walked to the Musée de la civilisation. Enjoyed near by restaurants.
The condo itself was nice and clean. The neighborhood it was in was not as nice and clean, but it was within walking distance of old Quebec. Wish there were more towels—they provided one medium sized bath towel for each person (3), and only one hand towel, and no washcloths.
Très beau séjour, l’emplacement est bien situé. Très propre. Par contre, il n’y a pas de stationnement d’inclus ce qui signifie que vous devez aller dans le stationnement public derrière et payer des frais. 15 max par jour. Nous n’avons pas trouver de chariot pour nous aider avec nos bagages. Prévoyez donc de faire des aller retour. Nous avons trouver qu’il manquait de fournitures. Soit des gros ustensile, guenilles pour nettoyer le comptoir, serviettes. Nous étions 3 et avons reçu que 2 serviettes. Lit très confortable!
