A fantastic apartment in a great location that allowed our family of four to relax and spread out. Walkable to everything and a super view from the balcony!
Great location and the outside patio/view were terrific. The apartment is very nice and clean but a couple of beds are outdated. The building is just okay and could use some updating and less air freshener. But the unit was worth it and we had a great stay.
Its a great location, walkable to everything we wanted to see. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. Just be aware that it is up several flights of stairs. It was no problem for us but might be an issue for someone with mobility issues or very small children.
We had an amazing time in Quebec City. The apartment was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do during our stay, as well as near our favorite restaurants. We will be definitely staying here again. Thank you!
We had the most amazing time in Quebec City and this apartment was the perfect place to stay. It was spacious, clean, and centrally located. It was easy to walk to all the shops, restaurants, the Chateau Frontenac, and the Christmas Markets. We truly felt it was the perfect location! The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed relaxing on the couch in the mornings and evenings. We would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Quebec!
We were excited to experience Quebec City during the holiday season. I was traveling with my two teenage children and family friends. This apartment was perfect! It was spacious, impeccably clean, and within walking distance to everything. We had such a wonderful time during our visit that we would love to come during the summer and we would absolutely want to stay here again.
The apartment is attractive and well located. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 because we sent an email to the manager when we first arrived and received no answer for the week we were there.

The location of this property is perfect if you are hoping to experience old QC, and be central to a variety of things to do and see. I highly recommend Apartment 4, as it had unique architectural features and a great view of the bay. We walked everywhere throughout the day and late at night; safety was never a concern. The parking garage included with your stay is a short walk away. Communication with the property owner was prompt and polite. We would return to QC and stay here again.
I arranged this vacation with my family (adult children and spouses). The location was perfect. The property was large enough for all of us and was very clean. Having 2 bathrooms for all of us worked very well. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. However, the restaurants are all very good. There is a lovely deck to sit on and watch the sunset. We had never been to Quebec City. The old town was simply charming. This property was a short walk to everything. The unloading of the car was a little tricky as there was construction in the area.
The property delivered. Location was great, both lower and upper town easily accessible. We had everything we needed. The renovations for an older property were thoughtfully completed, would stay again.

Sadly, the Winter Carnival succumbed to the lack of winter weather. The lack of snow did not make it seem so festive, but on the flip side it made walking a breeze.
If your looking for room to spread out a bit, this place gave enough. One downside, the stairs, which for us was a blessing, we got in our steps to burn off all our delicious food and drink.
This place is fantastic! The pictures depict exactly how the property is in real life. We enjoyed having three bedrooms to spread out and allow little ones to go to sleep before everyone else. It was also nice to have the entryway for wet shoes and coats.
We absolutely loved the location and walked to everything in the old city. We did have a rental car and utilized the parking spot. It was a spacious garage with always plenty of spots. It was also nice that it was heated. We didn’t mind that it wasn’t on site, since it was only about a 5-7 minute walk from the apartment.

We took our first trip to QC with our three children and this apartment was perfect for us. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The space was great for our family of 5. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with exactly what we needed. The kids loved the deck, especially the Tuesday and Thursday nights (I think only in the summer) when we watched the fireworks over the St. Lawrence. The location was great - quiet at night but walkable to everything, including cafes, riverboats and restaurants. We weren’t able to park in the parking garage due to our car-top carrier but the property owner was very helpful in suggesting other parking locations suitable for our car. Certainly beware of the fact that there is no elevator in the building, but it is stated clearly in the listing, and the 5 of us were fine with it. Overall a great experience in QC and with this property/property owner and cannot wait to come back again!
