L'appartement La Corriveau (renamed in memory of Madame Claude Corriveau-Biron-1943-2017, co-founder and beloved wife of Mr. Grégoire Biron, current owner of the Royal Dalhousie. Also a reference to Marie-Josephte Corriveau, better known as la Corriveau, a popular figure in Quebec folklore) is located on the 3rd floor of the Royal Dalhousie building. With its large open common areas, magnificent bay windows offering breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River, hardwood floors and gray stone wall, this unit is sure to meet your expectations.

The spacious and oversized apartments at the Royal Dalhousie have generous windows offering a breathtaking view of the St. Lawrence River and Place des Canotiers. An ideal place to have your coffee, get together for a happy hour or admire the fireworks on festive evenings. The Royal Dalhousie apartments with free WI-FI connection have huge common areas such as a living room with HD smart TV and HD receiver. A large dining room to enjoy your meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with appliances (fridge, stove and 30-inch dishwasher), small electrical appliances (double coffee maker, toaster, food processor and slow cooker), cookware and cooking utensils. kitchenware, cutlery and glasses. Sumptuous individual and comfortable bedrooms with, for the most part, a complete adjoining bathroom with shower and bath. Roger made sure our stay was impeccable. The location is fantastic, is accessible for people in wheelchairs, the design is beautiful - truly a gem in a magnificent city. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect location for visiting Quebec City, and the host and staff were phenomenal! To top it off we were able to step outside our VRBO and watch the Grand Prix bicycle race go by…amazing! Thank you for a wonderful place to call our home while we visited your fine city!

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful area. Very spacious with excellent views of the St Lawrence River. It was clean and well equipped. Couldn’t be closer to all the sites in Old Quebec City. Pierre helped get us situated on check in day and was so nice! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful safe location close to restaurants, bars and shopping in Old Québec City. Excellent communication with manager. Would definitely recommend this condo and would love to return.

The apartment is lovely with a lot of useful added details like shopping bags/cart, umbrella. The check in process was not satisfactory. The host was contacted a number of times in the 3 days before check in and we had no reply. Multiple phone calls were made and messages left - no response. After more than 30 minutes standing outside the premises we were looking into alternative hotels. A phone call was finally answered and the door code given.

Glorious location and space!

Great flat with everything we needed. Zero need for a car, days of exploring are walkable from front door. Beautiful, quiet, comfortable hang out space for the 7 of us after a day of walking.

We got a very warm welcome from Pierre. Our apartment was very clean and spacious and the view was beautiful. Parking was very convenient. We got to enjoy the fireworks on the terrace and chat with the owner Greg. Would most certainly recommend.

Fantastic property and location

The management and ownership team of this property is fantastic, warm and very helpful. The property is a gem and the on-site folks who run the property are very helpful with questions and recommendations. The location can’t be beat as you are close to everything but not in the middle of Frontenac chaos. There are quieter pubs, coffee shops and restaurants right around this property if that is what you are seeking. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved it

The condo was beautiful and exactly as represented in the photos. Perfect location, delightful hosts. We met some of our neighbors on the rooftop terrace (so nice!) but otherwise would not have even known they were there. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Quebec City.

We enjoyed our stay and loves the beautiful windows and views, and the beds are comfortable. I wish they offered free parking instead asking for additional fee per day. A few light bulbs were out.

Plenty of room and close to everything!

We had a great weekend exploring Quebec City! The location is walking distance to everything. There is a rooftop deck overlooking the water. Nice place to relax after a day of walking through the city. The owners were very accommodating and the apartment has everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back!! 5 stars!!

Doesn't Get Any Better!

It really doesn't get any better. The condo at Royal Dalhoise exceeded all our expectations. The location is beyond spectacular. The condo is spacious and gorgeous and has everything we could have possible needed. Pierre was attentive, available, and hugely helpful. We would recommend this place with 5+ stars to anyone interested in an amazing vacation in Quebec City!!

Perfect location and beautiful apartment.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath apartment right in the heart of the old city. This was a perfect location for visiting Quebec City -- close to all the sights, restaurants, and events. The apartment was beautiful and so spacious. Julie was very easy to work with and check in was efficient and informative. I plan to go back again and will stay there again. There were other smaller apartments as well so if you are looking for a two bedroom this building has that as well.
