"Great room (103), nice and clean with toiletries and nice clean towels. Cooked Breakfast was included in our booking and was really nice and could also choose from the continental options that was available as well. Although dinner wasn’t included we ate in the restaurant on the first night and although I was a little fussy with what I could eat the chef was very accommodating. Food was lovely."

"I stayed here to visit my son at Birmingham University. The hotel was just fantastic. The room was so clean and welcoming and spacious too. I was wowed when I walked in. The shower was hot and powerful and I had a couple of the best nights sleep in the double bed all to myself. I didn't eat at the hotel, but the tea and coffee facilities in the room were great. Coffee bags rather than granules and decaf tea bags too. I was so impressed with this hotel, even though it was a short 2 night stay. I wish that it had been for longer! It is also only a 12 min ish walk to the train station to get in to the city centre. All round excellent. I will be back!"
