Surrounded by greenery, surrounded by trees and meadows in bloom, stands a charming detached villa, the perfect home for those who love tranquility and freedom. The rooms with panoramic terrace allow you to fully enjoy the beauty of the landscape. The interiors are furnished with taste and refinement, which give an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. Spacious and bright bedrooms with private bathroom. The villa is equipped with every comfort and service. Breakfast is included, exclusively with products at km 0, and can be served in different spaces, both indoor and outdoor. Location in strategic point to reach: 1 km c.a. prestigious golf course with 9 holes, a few minutes from: services; beach of the Poetto (CA); 15 min from Geremeas and Solanas; 35 from Villasimius and Costarei; 70 from Chia; and other known localities. 15 min from the airport. We love and know our land, it will be a real pleasure to point out the breathtaking points of the south.
Guests have access to the garden and shared kitchen, and all cooking utensils are provided.
Breakfast is included and can be served in different spaces, both indoor and outdoor, all products will be scrupulously local possibly at zero km.
The space
The sleeping area is on the first floor of the villa with walk-in closet, private bathroom, terrace and two hallway. Bright and surrounded by green trees.

You can use the shared spaces: kitchen and garden.
